s41261ca110618_18_0Aaron Michael is your typical 13 year old that love school, reading, basketball, riding his bike, video game and starting to admit to liking girls.  Aaron is also the best big brother in the world, he has so much patiece and understanding with his brothers. Aaron is the apple of our eye and helps put some urgency to our goals and dreams, he’s getting older everyday.

s41261ca110618_21_0Sarah and I meet the Summer of 2002 and a few months later started dating. In August 2004 we were blessed with our son drew. He came at a time in out life where we were  searching for direction in our life. He is so smart and can already count, say his ABC’s and is starting read some words.  he starts School this fall and is looking forward to it.

s41261ca110618_23_0Fourteen months later Jacob Rayne showed up, he is a ball of energy and completely fearless. At one he was crawing up the jungle gym with his brothers and going downing the slide. Now at three he is hanging off the top of the slide and dropping to the ground and his favorite thing is the fireman poles at the park.

Home Business Blesses Our Family

I am sure you will be able to read more about this when you read Sarah’s page, but here is a snap shot. I Started my first home business 2 weeks after we discovered Sarah was pregnant with Drew. Sarah worked until the day before she had Drew, but has not went back to work ever since.

Our children have never spent not even one day in daycare. Because of our businesses Sarah has had the privilege of being a stay at home mom. We drove by a daycare the other day our children noticed the toys outside and thought it was a park. Curious they ask what that place was and my wife told them a daycare. Next they ask what that was, we explained that some mothers have to work outside the home and the kids get to go play at the daycare. I chimed in and ask if they wanted mommy to work, so they could go there. They said no!!! It made Sarah and I  so happy

No we are not millionaires… Yet

If it were easy, everyone would be doing it and their would be no real opportunity left. Live is not measure by how many times you fall down, but rather that you get up one more than that. If I set here like 99% of other sites you will come across and tell you how easy it will be, well I would be lying. I also beleive it is not hard, Jim Rohn says the biggest mistake you can make in life is thinking easy is hard.

So, its not easy and its not hard….confused yet. The answer is a couple of four letter words.

  • Work

Work is the key to success. No work = No success. Period. Does this mean that you have to work a business 12 hours a day to win? Absolutely not, but you do have to work it. I believe that if everyone that is failing would just spend 1 hour a day, everyday on their business they would win. (now it is very importanct what you do with that hour, cover that later)

  • Time

Kinda covered this on the last point, but it is all about spending time doing the activities that make you money. Most people spend hobby time on their business, hobby time is like golf for me. I would always like to take time and play golf, but really only do it a few times a year (if I m lucky) Like a hobby. People have good intentions to build their business through profitable activities, but normally just don’t make the time to do them. Their could be many causes for this, maybe procrastination, fear, laziness, maybe it is easier to blame others that to work

  • Lead (s)

This is very, very important, without leads you can not complete work for the right amount of time. I also don’t believe in buying leads and cold calling them. Yes, I know they have opted in. Whatever, i am not talking about leads like that, I am talking about people who know your face, your name and about your business, that is what I mean when I say lead.

  • Consistency

I know this is a really long four letter word, but I thought it would be funny. Not much I could say about this better than Jeff Olsen has already said in the book “The SlightEdge” A must read or listen, you will find out very quickly that I buck the norm and feel that hearing an audio book sinks into my subconscious better than reading.

These are 4 princaples that when all applyed at once can change your results overnight.
